Mary Rau joined Kurowski Shultz LLC in January 2011. She supervises the day-to-day operations of the firm and the attorneys to ensure best practices and that each client’s goals are met. She facilitates the rapid and continuing growth of the firm and takes a special interest in legal management.

Mary Rau received her B.S. and M.Acc. degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. She was a four year Curator’s and Bright Flight Scholarship recipient. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in May 2003. There she received the Certificate in Tax Law. She then completed her LL.M. in Taxation at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in May 2004.

Mary is admitted to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators. She was also an Adjunct Professor at Fontbonne University, where she taught Business Law to graduate Accounting students.  Mary recently served as a mentor for Bizwomen Mentoring Monday and participates in volunteer opportunities within the local community

Mary resides in St. Louis, Missouri and is an avid Cardinals fan.
